Feringa is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL) as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

Don't use any part of Feringa in a commercial program. It's protected by the GPL and the Free Software Foundation is one of the copyright holders. I will report any violation of the GPL to the Free Software Foundation.

Compiling Feringa

Feringa is developed with the gcc tool chain, and pilrc. Feringa requires prc-tools and PilRC (3.0). A utility program is also used to build the Opening book. This program is compiled with DJGPP, the gcc port onto DOS Intel platforms.
